Use this template when you need a repeatable SUUMO data extractor for used detached houses, not screenshots or manual copy-paste. The default Navigate block targets SUUMO's Sapporo used detached-house results, and the workflow keeps extraction on the active result page because property detail URLs can expire, redirect, or return 404 after inventory changes.
The automation is easy to audit: Navigate -> Wait for Page Load -> Wait for Element -> Structured Export -> Element Exists -> Click -> Wait -> loop. Structured Export reads visible listing-card fields, while the pagination branch checks for the Japanese next-page link before deciding whether to continue or end the run.

How to use
Replace the search URL
Edit the Navigate block with the SUUMO detached-house search results page you want to collect, such as a city, ward, station, or price-filtered used-house search.
Confirm the listing guard
Keep the wait step pointed at .property_unit. Run one page first to confirm SUUMO still exposes the expected listing-card structure.
Set the export folder
Structured Export writes suumo-detached-house-listing-scraper.csv with headers and append mode. Change the save location before client, city, or monthly batches.
Run and review the CSV
UScraper exports the current page, checks whether a next-page link exists, clicks it when available, waits again, and appends the next page's listings.
Output preview
The export mirrors the workflow definition and keeps one row per visible detached-house listing card. The sample rows below are realistic placeholders; actual values may remain in Japanese because SUUMO publishes locations, access text, agency names, and dates in Japanese.

Keep these constraints visible
Large result sets may need slower pacing
The bundled workflow includes waits and a short sleep, but larger searches may need longer delays. Avoid parallel runs or aggressive retry loops that create unnecessary load.
Listing-card selectors can change
Structured Export depends on .property_unit, listing labels, and the Japanese next-page pagination link. Empty columns or stopped pagination usually mean the source layout needs review.
Check SUUMO terms before reuse
Use the export for approved research workflows, keep source URLs for audits, and confirm rights before storing, enriching, sharing, or republishing property data.
