What it does

Scrape Amazon Mexico reviews into a structured export

Amazon review pages can return different states depending on product, region, cookies, pacing, and anti-automation checks. This Amazon review extractor is built as a best-effort workflow for normal amazon.com.mx review URLs. The Navigate block starts with six editable URLs across two sample ASINs and three page numbers each, so you can swap in the products you are approved to research.

After each page loads, UScraper pauses, runs an in-page JavaScript step that requests Amazon's review-render HTML for the current ASIN and page, and normalizes returned review cards into a predictable list. The workflow then checks for review rows before exporting. If Amazon returns a CAPTCHA, robot check, empty page, geo redirect, or blocked response, the false branch continues the loop instead of creating misleading blank rows.

Review text with audit fields

Export reviewer names, profile links, ratings, titles, dates, product variants, verified purchase badges, helpful vote text, image counts, direct review URLs, source URLs, and scrape timestamps.

Batch-friendly URL list

Replace the bundled review URLs with your own ASIN and pageNumber combinations, then let Loop Continue advance through each configured page.

Local desktop execution

The stock template writes the CSV to your configured folder and does not send exports through a hosted scraping actor unless you add that step yourself.

Built for review QA

The export keeps review_id, review_url, source_url, and scraped_at fields so analysts can spot-check rows before dashboarding or text analysis.

How to use

Configure the Amazon review scraper workflow

1

Download and import

Download the hosted JSON template, then import it into UScraper.

2

Replace the review URLs

Edit the Navigate block with your amazon.com.mx product-reviews URLs. Keep ASIN and pageNumber values aligned so each page exports the expected product.

3

Confirm waits and export path

Keep the page-load wait, short pause, JavaScript completion wait, and row-exists check in place. Change the save folder for amazon-mexico-review-scraper.csv if needed.

4

Run the loop

UScraper follows Navigate -> Wait -> Sleep -> Normalize reviews -> Element Exists -> Structured Export, then Loop Continue advances to the next URL.

5

Audit the CSV

Spot-check review URLs, reviewer names, ratings, blank fields, duplicate review IDs, and blocked-page symptoms before using the export in dashboards or analysis tools.

Output preview

Amazon reviews CSV fields

The export keeps one row per accessible review and repeats ASIN, page, source URL, and scrape timestamp fields for traceability. Dates are exported as Amazon displays them; date filtering is not automated inside the template, so filter the CSV after export when you need a reporting window.

Frequently asked questions

Amazon reviews may be publicly visible, but automated collection can still be restricted by Amazon terms, robots directives, copyright, privacy law, marketplace policies, and local regulations. Keep runs modest, do not bypass CAPTCHA or access controls, and get legal review before commercial reuse.

Practical limits and maintenance notes

Guardrails for reliable Amazon review exports

Rate limits

Amazon may throttle, challenge, or redirect automation

Use modest batches, avoid parallel runs against the same ASIN, and increase waits when pages load slowly. Do not try to bypass CAPTCHA, sign-in walls, robot checks, or access controls.

Layout drift

Review markup and AJAX responses can change

Empty exports, missing ratings, or broken review URLs usually mean Amazon returned a different page state or changed markup. Re-test the workflow before relying on scheduled review collection.

Compliance

Review text can carry legal and privacy obligations

Treat the CSV as a research export. Review Amazon policies, robots directives, API alternatives, copyright rules, and applicable data protection law before republishing or reselling review data.
