Relocation researchers
Area shortlists
Collect comparable listings for a Tokyo ward, then filter by rent, layout, access, and age before handing options to a client or employee.
Limited Time — Lifetime Access for just $99. Lock in before prices rise.
The e-heya rental scraper exports apartment listing data from e-heya.net into eheya-url.csv. It starts from a Tokyo/Chiyoda area page, finds a same-origin rental results page when needed, extracts pricing and property fields, then follows visible next-page controls until the listing rows stop.

At a glance
Built for rental market spreadsheets
Use it when you need eheya to CSV output for rent comparisons, neighborhood checks, relocation research, or internal property tracking without manually copying listing cards.
Pagination is already wired
After each export, the flow marks a visible next control, clicks it, waits for the page, and repeats only when fresh listing rows are found.
Local custody by default
Structured Export writes to your machine in append mode. Nothing in this template sends the spreadsheet to UScraper infrastructure.
Focused rental fields
The selectors look for Japanese rental signals such as rent, management fees, deposits, key money, layout, access, floor, and building age.

How to use
Download and import
Download the hosted JSON template, then import it into the UScraper desktop app.
Review the start URL
The default run starts from https://www.eheya.net/tokyo/area/13101/. Change it only if you want a different e-heya area page.
Choose the save folder
The export file is named eheya-url.csv. Keep append mode on when you want every page in one sheet.
Run the flow
UScraper navigates, waits for load, closes common consent prompts, finds listing rows, exports fields, and loops through visible next pages.
Open and QA the output
Check the first rows for empty fields, duplicate cards, and detail URLs before using the data in a report or pipeline.

Data crosses a provider boundary
Review vendor terms before sensitive work.
Public real estate pages can still be governed by site terms, robots directives, copyright, database rights, privacy rules, and local law. Keep volumes reasonable, avoid collecting personal data beyond the listing context, review e-heya terms before commercial reuse, and get legal advice for production datasets.
Before you run
Keep these guardrails visible
Start with small batches
Real estate sites may slow, challenge, or block repeated automated browsing. Test a short run before collecting many pages.
Empty rows usually mean the page changed
If e-heya changes listing markup, update the row-marking or field extraction blocks before trusting new exports.
Review e-heya rules before reuse
Respect the official site terms, robots guidance, and local data rules, especially if you plan to publish or resell a dataset.
