Superpages Scraper for Business Listings

This Superpages scraper turns a keyword and location search into a structured CSV of local business leads. Import the workflow into the UScraper local desktop app, edit the starting Superpages URL, and export listing-card fields such as business name, address, phone, website, rating, hours, categories, and source detail URL without building a custom crawler.

Export Superpages leads from search results

This workflow is built for directory research where you need a starting list fast: choose a category, trade, or service keyword, pair it with a city, ZIP, or region, and export the matching Superpages listings. It does not require a Superpages account or API key. The template uses browser automation blocks that you can inspect and edit in UScraper before running a larger batch.

Keyword and location input

The Navigate block opens a normal Superpages search URL. Replace the sample search_terms and geo_location_terms values with the approved market you want to research.

Lead fields in one file

Structured Export writes contact, category, rating, website, and address fields into a CSV that analysts can dedupe, QA, enrich, or import into a CRM.

Pagination already wired

The flow checks for an enabled Next link, clicks it, waits for the next result page, sleeps briefly, and returns to the same export block.

Local desktop workflow

Your search target and exported CSV stay in the desktop workflow unless your team adds a separate upload, sync, or sharing block.

How to use

Configure the Superpages data extractor

1

Download and import

Download the hosted JSON template and import it into UScraper.

2

Edit the Superpages search URL

In the Navigate block, replace the sample keyword supermarket and location 95136 with your approved category and market.

3

Confirm the export path

Structured Export writes superpages-listing-scraper.csv with headers and append mode. Change the save folder before running client-specific batches.

4

Run the pagination loop

UScraper loads the page, waits for listing cards, exports each row, checks for Next, clicks through when available, and pauses before repeating.

5

Open and QA the CSV

Review row counts, blanks, duplicated businesses, and source detail URLs before using the file for enrichment or outreach planning.

CSV columns produced by the scraper

The export mirrors the workflow definition and keeps one row per Superpages result card. Some fields, such as email, fax, toll-free number, social links, and price range, may be blank when Superpages does not expose them on the listing card.

Frequently asked questions

Superpages listing data may be publicly visible, but automated collection can still be limited by terms of use, robots rules, anti-abuse controls, privacy law, and outreach regulations. Review the official Superpages Terms of Use, use conservative pacing, avoid bypassing restrictions, and get legal review before commercial lead generation or resale.

Before you run

Practical limits and maintenance notes

Keep the workflow predictable

Rate limits

Avoid aggressive repeated runs

The graph includes waits, but your run cadence still matters. Space out large batches, avoid many parallel sessions, and stop when Superpages shows verification, throttling, or unusual response pages.

Layout changes

Listing-card selectors can drift

Empty columns usually mean the result layout changed, the field is only available on detail pages, or the current category does not expose that data. Recheck a few live cards before editing selectors.

Compliance

Use exported leads for approved purposes

Treat phone numbers, emails, and addresses as governed business data. Follow Superpages policies, privacy rules, and outreach laws before loading rows into sales or marketing systems.
