The Malt freelancers scraper turns Malt listing pages into a structured CSV you can review in Excel, Sheets, or your own sourcing workflow. It extracts profile URLs, names, skill headlines, missions, ratings, recommendations, locations, indicative day rates, experience, response rates, and response times from Malt tag pages while keeping the browser run and export on your local desktop app.

How it works
The workflow opens a Malt tag listing URL, waits for the page to finish loading, pauses briefly for client-rendered profile cards, and checks whether freelancer profile links are visible. When rows exist, the Structured Export block appends one CSV row per profile card. When Malt shows security verification or no profile links are visible, the fallback Structured Export writes a diagnostic row instead of failing silently.
Set the Malt category URL
Replace the sample malt.fr/s/tags/... page with the Malt search, tag, or category URL you want to inspect.
Keep the page load waits
The graph waits up to 45 seconds, then sleeps again so rendered profile cards are present before export begins.
Append structured rows
The CSV export block captures freelancer fields and appends rows to malt-freelance-Info-scraper.csv.
Follow pagination
A Next or Suivant check clicks forward while more pages exist, waits again, then returns to the same extraction branch.

Public profile pages can still be governed by Malt terms, robots guidance, privacy law, database rights, and local rules for professional contact data. Use conservative volume, avoid bypassing access controls, do not republish personal data without a lawful basis, and get legal review before resale, enrichment, or automated outreach.
Limits
Limitations worth keeping in view
Malt card markup can change
The export relies on visible profile-card text. If Malt redesigns listing pages, re-test the graph and update the Structured Export columns before trusting a large CSV.
Slow runs are more reliable
Keep the built-in waits, avoid parallel runs against the same category, and treat verification pages as a signal to stop rather than push harder.
Use freelancer data responsibly
Profiles can include personal data. Keep exports for legitimate research, minimize retention, and review Malt's terms before outreach, enrichment, resale, or model training.
