How to use
From Immowelt search URL to spreadsheet
Download and import
Download the hosted Immowelt scraper JSON, then import it into UScraper.
Replace the sample URLs
Edit the Navigate block with the Immowelt search URLs you are allowed to review, such as buy, rent, houses, apartments, land, or city-specific searches.
Let the page load and normalize
UScraper opens each URL, waits for the page to finish loading, pauses for late-rendered cards, clears common overlays, and marks each detected property row.
Export and paginate
Structured Export appends the current page to CSV. If a valid next-page control exists, the workflow clicks it, waits again, and repeats the extraction path.
Open and QA the CSV
Review row counts, empty agency fields, duplicate item URLs, and unusual price formats before using the export in reporting or downstream models.

Keep collection narrow, respect access restrictions, avoid bypassing verification, and get legal review before resale, enrichment, monitoring, or outreach.
Before you run
Guardrails for reliable Immowelt exports
Consent and verification screens can block rows
The template attempts overlay cleanup for Usercentrics and DataDome-style blockers, but it should not be used to force through access controls. Clear approved prompts manually or reduce scope when the site asks for verification.
Keep batches modest
Avoid parallel runs and aggressive repetition. Immowelt may throttle unusual behavior, and slower pacing usually produces cleaner exports than a large unattended run started without a test.
Listing markup can change
If price, area, or agency columns go blank, inspect the latest page layout and refresh the workflow before relying on production exports.
