This Idealista property scraper turns a list of Idealista detail URLs into a structured CSV for real estate research, agency review, and property-data QA. Import the workflow into the UScraper local desktop app, replace the sample URLs, and export title, price, highlighted features, location, advertiser comment, agency details, contact URL, image URL, page URL, and scrape time without writing code.

At a glance
Use this workflow when you already have Idealista property URLs and need deeper fields than a listing-page card provides. The bundled Navigate block includes three sample /inmueble/ URLs, but the useful pattern is the same for your approved list: load each page, wait for content, confirm that title or price elements exist, export structured columns, then continue the loop.
The template is built for controlled batches, not anonymous high-volume crawling. The source run observed a DataDome or CAPTCHA-style HTTP 403 condition, so the workflow includes a false branch that records BLOCKED_BY_DATADOME_OR_CAPTCHA in the title column with a readable explanation in the advertiser-comment field. That makes failed access visible in the same CSV as successful property rows.
Detail-page CSV rows
Export fields that are normally checked manually: title, displayed price, feature chips, address or zone, description, building facts, equipment, energy certificate, listing reference, advertiser, contact URL, image URL, source URL, and timestamp.
Multi-URL workflow
Replace the sample Idealista URLs with your reviewed property list. Append mode keeps every reachable page in one file while Loop Continue advances the batch.
Local desktop execution
Your URL list and CSV stay in the desktop workflow unless you add your own upload, sync, or sharing step.
Diagnostic rows included
Blocked, unavailable, or structurally changed pages are recorded with context, which is easier to audit than an empty export.

Workflow testing
Prototype an Idealista to CSV export before deciding whether official data access, a partner feed, or a custom scraper is justified.
If you need source URLs first, start with the Idealista listing pages scraper, then pass selected detail links into this page-level workflow. For adjacent property portals, compare Idealista detail scraper Italy, Immobiliare real estate detail scraper, and the full UScraper template library.
How to use
Replace sample URLs
Open Navigate and replace the three sample Idealista /inmueble/ URLs with the approved property detail pages you want to review.
Confirm browser access
Open one target page in the same browser session first. If Idealista shows consent, DataDome, CAPTCHA, login, or an unavailable page, resolve access before running a batch.
Set the CSV folder
Structured Export writes idealista-detalles-scraper.csv with headers and append mode. Change the save folder for each market, client, or research run.
Run and review
UScraper sets the viewport, navigates, waits for load, pauses briefly, checks for detail-page content, exports either a property row or diagnostic row, and continues to the next URL.
Output preview
The bundle did not include a sample CSV, so the rows below are illustrative and mirror the configured export shape. Actual values depend on the page language, fields visible in your browser session, and whether Idealista returns the property page or an access interstitial.
| URL_ingresadas | Titulo | Precio | Ubicación | Profesional | Comentario_del_anunciante |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/102275671/ | Piso reformado con terraza | 465.000 euro | Madrid, Centro | Agencia Centro Homes | Vivienda luminosa con terraza, ascensor y reforma reciente. |
| https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/103585272/ | Chalet independiente | 725.000 euro | Las Rozas, Madrid | Inmobiliaria Norte | Parcela amplia, garaje, piscina y zonas verdes. |
| https://www.idealista.com/inmueble/102356410/ | BLOCKED_BY_DATADOME_OR_CAPTCHA | Idealista returned a DataDome/CAPTCHA or anti-bot interstitial, so property details were not accessible in this browser session. |

Comparison
| Option | Good fit | Trade-off |
|---|---|---|
| UScraper Idealista details template | No-code users who need selected property pages exported to CSV from a local desktop app | Best for reviewed URL lists and modest batches |
| Hosted cloud actors | Teams that want managed proxies, scheduling, and external execution | Input URLs and extracted rows pass through a third-party platform |
| Official data access or partner feeds | Production systems that need predictable volume and permissioned use | Requires approval, contracts, API setup, or engineering work |
Idealista pages can be publicly viewable, but automated collection may still be restricted by Idealista terms, robots directives, database rights, copyright, privacy law, and local real estate rules. Keep runs modest, do not bypass access controls, and get legal review before using exported data commercially.
Before you run
Keep these Idealista constraints visible
DataDome and CAPTCHA pages can block extraction
The source analysis observed a blocked HTTP 403 condition. Use an accessible browser session, keep batches modest, and do not use the template to bypass access controls.
Detail-page layouts can change
Empty prices, shifted feature sections, or repeated diagnostic rows usually mean Idealista changed markup, removed the listing, or returned a partial page.
Treat property and agency data carefully
Descriptions, images, contact links, references, and advertiser names can carry copyright, privacy, platform, and commercial-use restrictions. Keep compliance notes with your export.
