eBay Data Scraper

This eBay data scraper turns eBay search result and listing pages into a structured CSV with product names, visible prices, shipping text, and listing URLs. It is built for teams that need repeatable marketplace research without writing code, opening the eBay Finding API, or sending every query through a hosted scraping actor.

At a glance

Scrape eBay data for product and price research

Export eBay listings to CSV

Capture product names, prices, shipping labels, and product URLs from search result cards so analysts can sort, filter, and enrich the rows in Excel, Sheets, or BI tools.

Follow result pagination

The workflow exports the current page, checks for an enabled eBay Next button, clicks it, waits again, then loops back into Structured Export until no next page remains.

Run from a local desktop app

Your search URLs and CSV output stay in the environment you control. This is useful when cloud scraping pools, shared accounts, or per-row billing are not a fit.

Edit the input URLs

The sample template includes iPad, PS5, and Xbox searches. Replace those with your own category pages, keyword searches, or filtered eBay result URLs before running.

How to use

From template import to structured export

1

Download and import

Download the hosted template JSON, then import it into UScraper from the template library or project import flow.

2

Set your eBay URLs

Open the Navigate block and replace the sample search URLs with the eBay result pages you want to collect.

3

Review the save path

Confirm the Structured Export block writes to your preferred folder and keeps the file name as ebay-scraper.csv, or rename it for a specific campaign.

4

Run the workflow

UScraper opens each URL, waits for listing cards, handles a simple consent or continue button if present, and extracts the visible rows.

5

Let pagination finish

The Element Exists block checks for the enabled Next link. If it exists, the Click block advances and loops back; if not, Loop Continue moves to the next input URL.

6

Open the CSV

Use the completed file in Excel, Sheets, Power Query, or your internal research pipeline.

Frequently asked questions

Scraping public marketplace pages can still be subject to eBay's terms, technical controls, and local laws. Use the template for lawful research, keep request volume modest, stop when verification or access challenges appear, and get legal advice before redistributing or reselling scraped data.

Before you run

eBay may slow, challenge, or block automated browsing when traffic looks aggressive. Keep waits realistic, do not force through verification prompts, and treat repeated CAPTCHA screens as a stop signal.
