Scrape eBay product results from search keywords

Keyword-based eBay discovery

Use eBay search URLs as the input, then export visible product cards for pricing research, seller checks, catalog comparison, and competitive scans.

eBay to CSV export

Capture product title, seller details, feedback score, price, old price, condition, sold text, availability, image URL, page URL, item number, and EPID when present.

Pagination already wired

The Navigate block includes 20 search result URLs, and Loop Continue advances page by page while Structured Export appends each batch into one file.

Local desktop workflow

The CSV is written to the save folder you configure. The stock template does not send keywords, result URLs, or exported rows to UScraper infrastructure.

This template sits between a simple export eBay listings workflow and a full detail-page crawler. It extracts what eBay exposes on search result cards, which is often enough for pricing checks, item-number review, seller discovery, and quick market snapshots. For deeper product pages, pair it with the eBay Product Scraper for US or collect URLs first with the eBay Product URL Scraper.

How to use

Configure the eBay scraper workflow

1

Download and import

Download the hosted JSON template, then import it into UScraper.

2

Edit the search URLs

Replace the sample switch 2 console new sealed URLs in Navigate with your own approved eBay keyword, filters, condition, result size, and page range.

3

Confirm the export path

Structured Export writes ebay_details.csv in append mode with headers. Change the save folder before shared, recurring, or client-specific runs.

4

Run the page loop

UScraper navigates to each URL, waits for the page and body, clicks a common consent prompt when present, normalizes item links into hidden rows, then exports them.

5

Open and QA the CSV

Check row counts, blank seller fields, duplicate item numbers, CAPTCHA pages, unavailable listings, and regional price formatting before using the file downstream.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Public eBay result pages can still be governed by eBay terms, robots guidance, anti-abuse controls, marketplace policies, privacy rules, and local law. Use this template for legitimate research, keep runs modest, stop when verification or access challenges appear, and get legal advice before redistributing or reselling exported marketplace data.

Before you run

Practical limits and maintenance notes

Checks before larger eBay exports

Rate limits

Avoid aggressive automation

Keep waits in place, avoid parallel sessions against the same source, and pause if eBay returns CAPTCHA, login, verification, or unusual empty-result pages.

Layout drift

Search cards can change

The workflow depends on fields visible in search results. Seller details, sold counts, EPID, or availability text may be missing when eBay changes markup or hides those fields for a query.

Scope

This is a search-result template

Full detail-page gallery extraction requires a reviewed list of item URLs because this workflow does not pipe extracted links into a second navigation loop. Use the UScraper template library and UScraper Download page for related workflows and the desktop app.
